Any savings displayed generally represent the difference between our price and the retail price provided by the supplier.

The retail price provided by the supplier varies by product category. The retail price for hotels or rental cars is generally the hotel or car rental supplier's base rate, not including any taxes or fees. We do not include taxes, shipping fees, service fees or transaction fees in our price when comparing hotel or rental cars with the supplier’s retail price. The retail price for an attraction, event or show is generally the single ticket gate price, inclusive of taxes and service or convenience fees, but exclusive of any shipping fees, that may be imposed by the supplier. We include taxes and our service fees, but not shipping or transaction fees, in our price when comparing attractions, events or shows with the supplier’s retail price. Our transaction fees vary depending on the value of the entire order and regardless of any one or more products purchased. For orders between $0.01 and $500.00, the transaction fee is $1.00. For orders above $500.00, the transaction fee ranges between $2.50 and $4.00. Certain products may be purchased without a transaction fee, and any such product will not affect the order total if purchased with other products. For tickets sold through our Preferred Access Marketplace, the Average Reseller Price is an estimate based on how other resellers price similar tickets. In certain circumstances, such as when the applicable product or service is offered at various locations throughout the United States (such as movie tickets), the retail price may be either an estimate or an average.
